Installation notes
Main gas connection
• To prevent distortion and/or damage of the external thread, take care not to tighten the pipe ftting too far
• Ensure that the gasket is properly placed in the right position
• Ensure that the gas flow is in the same direction as the arrow on the valve body
Pressure regulator adjustment
• Turn off all electrical power to the system.
• When checking the pressure test points, undo the screw one half turn and slip the tube over the nipple.
• Turn on power and energize main solenoid. Do not energize the HI solenoid.
• Remove low outlet cover screw, and turn screw clockwise to increase pressure, or counterclockwise to decrease pressure. Replace low outlet cover screw.
• Energize main solenoid and HI solenoid.
• Remove high outlet cover screw, and tum screw clockwise to increase pressure, or counterclockwise to decrease pressure. Replace low outlet cover screw.
• Turn off all electrical power to the system.
• Remove all hoses from test point and retighten low and high outlet cover screw.
• Turn on system power and energize valve.
• Using a leak detection solution or soap suds. Check for leaks at pressure boss screw and pressure tap plug.
