    Installation notes
    Main gas connection

    • To prevent distortion and/or damage of the external thread, take care not to tighten the pipe ftting too far

    • Ensure that the gasket is properly placed in the right position

    • Ensure that the gas flow is in the same direction as the arrow on the valve body

    Pressure regulator adjustment

    • Turn off all electrical power to the system.

    • When checking the pressure test points, undo the screw one half turn and slip the tube over the nipple.

    • Turn on power and energize main solenoid. Do not energize the HI solenoid.

    • Remove low outlet cover screw, and turn screw clockwise to increase pressure, or counterclockwise to decrease pressure. Replace low outlet cover screw.

    • Energize main solenoid and HI solenoid.

    • Remove high outlet cover screw, and tum screw clockwise to increase pressure, or counterclockwise to decrease pressure. Replace low outlet cover screw.

    • Turn off all electrical power to the system.

    • Remove all hoses from test point and retighten low and high outlet cover screw.
